We understand that plans change. Here's how our cancellation process works.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@vitally.com with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — but you may return it under our Refund Policy.

Subscription Cancellations

If you are subscribed to a recurring product, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date by contacting us at support@vitally.com.
